There's too many to choose from.
Let me just share what got you here won't get you there.
That was one of the first leadership books that I read because there's so many leadership books that tell you how to be a good leader.
But in that particular book, it actually has a here's what not to do.
And I needed that.
Like I needed to learn that you don't have to win all the time.
And that's in that.
I would also say that that, you know, the title should be helpful to every organization.
And I used to share this in the Air Force.
You know, we're the greatest Air Force in the world.
