And I did also like that we were kind of, like, snapping back and going away from the romantic vampire and going a little bit more into, like, the horror roots.

While it still kind of, like, retained that, like, erotically charged sort of, like...

I don't know if I was necessarily scared.

And I'm not sure if that's because I think of it too much in relation to Dracula.

And I've consumed that story so many times that because I know what's coming next, it's not necessarily surprising me in any way.

as i did who plays mina on that one i haven't seen it oh jessica gal is that her name i did i did check um um i thought it was interesting watching that and then also thinking about the 1992 dracula with gary oldman yes that's the one i know it's a really freaky yeah scary one um

There is, there seems to be in a lot of adaptations, this reoccurring trope, which I'm not sure if it started with the 1992 version or if it had started before that, but where Dracula, or I suppose it started with Nosferatu, but Dracula and Mina are like,

Like, there are these adaptations where Mina is, like, a reincarnation of Dracula's, like, old wife or ex-lover or whatever.

It's happened way more than once.
