Joe Brady

It's not Sean McDermott out, Joe Brady in, and we're just going to keep it moving, but

It's also not like, hey, this place is broken.

We got to get rid of it all either.

And so I'm so appreciative of Coach McDermott and what he's meant for my career.

And I hope that I can just continue to continue and improve upon the foundation that he laid.

Some people tell you you should sleep a little less because of the expectations that when you take over a two-win team and you win four wins, you get four wins, there is improvement.

But I'm not going to work any... My work ethic is not going to change because I'm the head football coach now.

There's a standard and expectation of how I work and the expectation of this organization and

You know, no one rises to the low ones.

I said that yesterday.

And so I know what's expected and we're going to embrace them and it's going to be hard and we're going to get to work.

And I'm excited once the guys get here for them to feel an energy and a vibe and we'll take it day by day.

Oh, yeah.

We're downtown, and when we go up there, I don't know if I'm allowed to, but there's a restaurant that we go to right away for dinner.

Shout out.

Um, and so if we're, if we're in Jan and Danny is a bills fan and, and man, I could sit there and talk with him all, uh, you know, all nights and, and, but that is our, that is our favorite restaurant probably in the world.

But, um, if we get an opportunity to get a weekend, we go up to Toronto and, uh, we just enjoy walking around and, and, uh, you know, being around it and we go to Jacob's steakhouse.
