Favorite business book is Crucial Conversations.

It talks about how to handle conversations and come up with a mutually beneficial purpose whenever the stakes are high and opinions vary.

Normally, no.

But recently, I've been reading The Millionaire Real Estate Agent by Gary Keller and Jay Papasan, who I know you've had on your show and I've interviewed him as well.

Just great guy.

Love that book.

And I've been studying more and more on Gary Keller, the more I read about him.

I like, um, I like, well, my disclaimer, my friend, my friend created this, um, but, but I, I like quotable.

Um, it's every, every day at 9am I get a little notification and it's like this wonderful inspirational quote, uh, that gets sent to me on my iPhone and it's like Instagram for quotes.

So yeah, I just enjoy that.

I'd say like six.

I wake up at 4.50 a.m.

with my girlfriend and then we'll get going.

It's okay that things aren't going exactly how you want them to go right at this moment.
