I find him, I'm sure lots of people answer that.
I am deeply impressed by Mark Zuckerberg's continued demonstrated ability to learn and then apply what he's learning to his company and his business.
I studied Chinese myself.
I know what it takes to do what he did in China.
It's hard to do.
Looking at the Instagram and other acquisitions that they've made, he learns from experience and then aggressively, in many cases ruthlessly, applies it to the benefit of his business.
And tremendous learner.
I use Slack.
I've become a huge Slack user.
I'm an old dog.
It's hard to teach me new tricks, but I've migrated to Slack for a long time.
I would say take a broader perspective and take challenges either from colleagues, people I'm working with much less personally.
I think I,
looking at, am I putting in effort to get attention or am I putting an effort to make an impact?
If you can have a, if I had a broader perspective around, uh, impact opportunity, I think I would have been more effective.
Um,
I think the other is just constantly learning.
I think at 20, I spent more time thinking I needed to know it all as opposed to learning, asking questions and then experimenting the way in which I apply those answers.
So I think a lot of it is having a broader
learning perspective around things and then have a real commitment to apply that learning.
