And so sometimes in an offense like that, can you get by without having a premier kind of X?
And the answer would be, yeah, we think we can, but that premier gap
The guy that runs that X, when you get those one-on-one opportunities, man, he makes it a whole lot easier.
So, you know, this is part of the building process of the Raiders.
I think they've done a phenomenal job in the offseason.
All that doesn't mean anything unless you go out there and you start to perform and you start to win.
But I love what they've done this offseason.
I love the fact that they're going to produce and have an identity.
These are the things that work like these are our core value plays.
And we're going to run these core value plays.
And when you think about Gary Kubiak, the father of Clint was my offensive coordinator.
And so I understand how this process works.
We're going to have our basic core plays, and it may be six of them.
And we're going to run the living snot out of those six plays.
And we're going to give you different window dressing, different looks, different everything.
But the bottom line is we're going to be an expert in these.
And it becomes the 10,000 hour rules.
