Like you go from that kind of relationship to all of a sudden we don't like each other.
Yeah, I mean, I don't know.
It just feels weird to me.
And again, I mean, I'm not trying to break news.
I like to watch film, you know, and I like to talk about football.
But it just feels like, like I said, it feels like there's a turd in the punch bowl.
Yeah, we can wrap up with this.
In your experience in Denver, did you ever have one of those where it was like, hey, everything's good, but people were unhappy?
You know, I think there's times that you go through in any situation, not necessarily my time in Denver, but there are, you know, I always talk about building the culture of a locker room.
And, you know, there are those organizations, any organization that you're part of, where you slap a mission statement up on the wall and say, that's our mission statement.
That's what we're all about.
Sacrifice this, that, and the other.
And then nobody pays attention to it
And it becomes just something that hangs on the wall.
And culture is a verb, it's alive.
It has to be worked on every day.
And if you're not working on it, culture follows the path of least resistance.
