So when we open a campus, how do I know that the kids love school?
How do I know that the parents are super excited?
How do I know they're learning 2x in two hours?
Are the guides awesome?
Is my guide in New York City going to be as good as my guide in Alpha?
And so how are we going to be able to measure it all?
The key on all these feedback loops is if you want to scale it, you have to measure it and you have to provide that loop if we're going to be able to say we're going to keep this quality at standard at scale.
And so there's sort of all that that we can talk about.
And that's a big part of what AI enables.
It enables scaling at quality that I believe 10 years ago you couldn't have done.
And then the second one around feedback loops is back to educating kids and just people is receiving feedback is like one of our most important life skills to teach is if you are somebody who actively seeks feedback,
feedback to get better.
That is one of the most important life skills you can teach somebody.
Receive feedback in our life skills stack.
At kindergarten, our test to pass.
All our life skills, we have a test that you have to pass because you have to be able to measure it.
Can you receive feedback without crying in kindergarten?
By eighth grade, do you know that the key to you getting better is actively seeking critical feedback?
And do you actively go seek it out in order to improve?
The day that alpha parents get really happy is when their kid comes home and is like, mom, dad, I know I haven't been a good member of the family.
