I mean, I'm in favor of just turning it all off.
But because we can't turn it all off, I would probably start new ones to bid for the money and use it for things on our side while we're in power.
But...
I'd want to design them in a way where they're going to wind down no matter what, because you don't want to create a whole new class of leeches, right?
