Well, let me... I've not hired any of the so-called big feet out there. I went through that 20 years ago. And what I've decided to do... Look, I've noticed one thing. Those folks have made it. Good, bad, indifferent. Have had a group of people, half a dozen people, been with them for 20 years or more, loyal to them, that took them to the dance. They stayed with them.
