But there's a lawyer who is suing the New Jersey State Police Museum to have DNA tested on the ransom notes because the stamps probably still have DNA and the envelopes, the way you lick the envelopes probably still has DNA.
New Jersey is resisting this like crazy.
I don't really think that's the reason, to be honest.
Can you imagine if there was DNA testing and it ruled out Richard Hauptman?
