Veterinary costs are double U.S.
inflation.
You know, it's simple supply and demand.
So you don't have enough veterinarians and you have a lot more pets.
So that's kind of the biggest reason for price increases.

So we don't get those types of urgent care, ER type of issues.
But we do get a lot of calls on nights and weekends when the vet is closed.
And those tend to be things that people may often put off, like an eye infection, ear infection, because also not just
The vet's closed, but their next best option is urgent care, which can be quite expensive.
And with Dutch, the membership is less than 100 bucks for a year.
And so that cost makes it much more affordable for people to jump on Dutch.com, be able to see a vet right away and get their issue assessed.
So 50% of Dutch customers haven't been to a vet in several years.
So we see a lot more pets getting veterinary care for the first time, which is one of the biggest reasons I started this business.
