For some reason, I thought you might be interested in hearing about a system we have.
We have about 120 maintenance jobs and two vans.
So when I write the list for the second van's jobs, rather than make my mate remember all the names, I use the customer's real name, but they also have a nickname to make it easier to remember.
Some of them are just things that describe the job, like Copperburg.
Found a bottle of Copperburg there on our first visit.
So he said, you've got to go and do Copperburg's lawn.
