could you like give us yeah really interesting could you give us like some very specific detailed examples of like regardless of almost any team or individual you're working with here are my my go-to things and you know maybe people listening glean something from it as well what are the things that you put in like you get a call from any team and you just know regardless of the team i got a certain template certain things i'm going to speak to them about
It strikes me the way you're talking about it, that a lot of these people are under severe pressure.
You know, you take the rugby team, you take the dubs, you take any of the teams you work with, elite level.
They're young men and women.
There's scrutiny, there's scrutiny of the coaches, the media themselves, their families, their friends.
It's just a lot.
You know what I mean?
And it strikes me that the plan is a wonderful force field that I can wrap around me, take comfort in my plan.
And it makes, you use the word feel, not think.
So I feel, I feel ready.
I feel prepared.
