And I've sometimes sat in and interviewed sports people or psychologists about what they can learn, what the business world people here listening can learn from this person's sporting experience.

And it always strikes me.

I don't necessarily say it to the room.

They might not appreciate it, but it always strikes me.

The person I'm interviewing, the sports person, they wanted it more than anything.

They were fine for to be shouted at, to do whatever it took.

And actually, a lot of the audience are like.

you know, I wanted to be an actor, but now I just work and I sit at my desk and it's a wage and I get through the day and it's a little deflating.

And yet they've been told how they can perform better and performance and all this kind of stuff.

That world where like the business world tries to kind of learn from the sports world is an interesting one.

But I often feel a lot of the people listening, their arms crossed going...

So I wonder, what do you say when you work with people in that kind of a sphere?

it is january and people are probably assessing themselves and assessing life and assessing ways to improve to some extent or other what advice do you tend to offer to people in that broad space of your daily habits and how they can impact your life because again you know it it's not easy life is busy life is complicated and we all have the best of intentions but we're human beings
