How about the fact that you have Cam Hayward at the end of his career, TJ Watt on a horrible contract, DK Metcalf on a horrible contract, Jalen Ramsey an aging player as well.

Your star base is aging, you have no quarterback, and you have an owner who likes to shortcut the staff.

What about those three things?
