Will this new coach have total power over draft picks like your three coaches in the past 60 years have had?

And will he have as much power over personnel as Mike Tomlin did, which is as much as any coach probably in NFL history?

Yeah.

I think he had power over.

I think they, it's always been my belief, educated belief that when Chuck Knoll was hired, he was given power over the draft.

And that ever since then, this has been an absolutely coach centric organization.

And that didn't change with Tomlin.

Let me ask you both this question, honestly.

Aside from the patience part, which I agree, you know, if you're a coach, you want to go someplace where you believe you'll have a chance, even if you lose a little bit.
