And when this is strong, it can take some time, like a week or two, or depending on what your exposure is to that thing, to sort of rejig that mental model back to where it was.
So going in there knowing it's a fake beforehand does reduce this effect but doesn't get rid of it.
And so it's because a lot of people still think about the deep fake thing.
You know, the solution now is to get another AI to scan through the things and try and find what's fake and what's not and then tag it.
So it's like a cybersecurity solution.
But there's this whole other psychological dimension to it, which is not solved by that.
So I think it's worth pointing out for people.
So let's take an example of, let's say you want to bring AI into your family at home.
So let's go through a very simplified version of an AI-specific change model.
So you would start off, let's imagine it's a cycle.
This is one of the other things.
Traditional change management would be a one-off.
A company is going to do some change.
Netflix is going to go from posting out DVDs to streaming.
That's a big change.
They bring in change experts.
