So just making sure, and this is something that gets forgotten sometimes when companies are doing this, but it can reduce some of the uncertainty, some of the fear, and it makes it feel very normal.
And if your kids are there, they can talk about what do they think?
What do they think AI is?
Or do they like having the answer instantly?
And just discussing that whole what worked and what didn't work.
And then if you think about, we're talking about like a ring, a circle here, like a spoke model for a wheel.
And the thing in the center there where you want to think about sort of well-being, mental health, is it causing anyone in this case in your family any stress?
Is it, this is more for adults, but is it...
How is it affecting the way you see yourself?
So some people are anti-tech and anti-AI.
So that's something that needs to be sort of given some thought to as well for a journey like this.
Your beliefs around yourself, you think yourself as not a tech person, not an AI person, going through a journey like this is going to be much, much harder.
So beliefs also are really important there.
So that's a really simplified version, and you can kind of scale that up to think of how a business might do it or scale that up to a whole country.
But that's the very simple thing that we've taken certain elements out of existing.
There are whole lots of organizational change management models and put them into a cyclic version of this.
And if you're applying this to a whole country or in a business sense, that whole mental health piece would be much more important.
