So much of the detail that you're talking about now, in hindsight after reviewing it, yes, those draw questions.

And that's frankly the first time I started even reviewing the report in any kind of detail.

This new information includes alleged eye and ear witness accounts that we were previously unaware of and are of a serious enough nature to warrant further investigation of this case.
