The big staple for the French military, especially in the Legion, is you do a 1,500-meter ruck run in a certain amount of time, and then you get, I think, five minutes, and then you do 8K run. That's the big one. Then there's the assault, common assault course. And then for the GCP, it's a 35K run. Okay.

So if they're looking for a signal or they're going to be kind of pinpointing towards if they're looking for sniper guys, but in the end, they, um, you go out and you spend a couple of weeks working with the, in, in the, the Raptors, two GCP teams, um, So they introduce you into the teams and you'll go do exercise with them.
