Larry DeLeon tells the police, he has an exchange of words with Joey Comunale, that Joey says something like, James got the cocaine, you know, I got the cigarettes, what have you brought to the table?
He kind of pounded his hand on a table.
And Larry DeLeon admitted to the police that he just flew into a rage and slammed Joey, knocked him down and hit him a few times.
And according to Larry, James starts also beating the crap out of Joey, who's now defenseless and gurgling because he can't hardly breathe.
He claims that after he had beaten a defenseless Joey and almost killed him, Max woke up.
