That I think still is a very backable founder in generic technology.
In health tech, in all the analysis we've run, the most successful founders tend to be more experienced,
People who, you know, know the industry, have industry relationships, have a lot of scar tissue, but are able to surround themselves with folks that I think, you know, that span generations and are able to drive that kind of entrepreneurial, scrappy, fast moving.
up with the technology and up with the times to experience.
So I think as we look at what are the big moats as we build teams and bring in entrepreneurs, for us, it really comes down to interdisciplinary teams where you're bringing people that have a lot of different skill sets and experiences.
And I think for CEOs, we tend to like to find people that have been in the industry for a while, have seen the core challenges, know how different that healthcare is than other industries, and all of the different innovation challenges that you need to navigate to be able to build scale and drive trust, et cetera.
And so we typically will try to form relationships with entrepreneurs that we will partner with
over a year plus.
And we have a lot of structured ways of, you know, creating touch points with those folks where we will host 15 plus events a year, whether those are, you know, we had a summit, you know, two weeks ago here in New York where we had 200 plus people for two days, including all of our digital consortium partners.
We will do, you know, dinners at pretty much every event.
We'll have hackathons and all sorts of different ways of engaging with entrepreneurs.
So it's fun.
It ends up being a lot of work.
Because you can imagine, because it really does come down to curating the right group of people and then making sure that group of people has a great experience since it's an extension of your brand and how you do things.
And I am a big believer that little things are big things.
And so whenever you do something, you should aim for it to be exceptional.
because it's an extension of how the broader ecosystem views you and your brand and how you do things.
But for us, we really like to get to know people over extended periods of time because we are true co-founders for these companies.
It's not just us writing a check and saying, we're going to sit on your board and check in once a quarter.
We are a true extension of your management team.
