Although the fact remains, people are very concerned about affordability.

What are the main pain points that people are talking about when it comes to prices?

We've seen some reporting that affordability issues are affecting Europe and Canada as well.

What are some of the interesting trends that you've been seeing across the pond?

How is the war affecting people's opinion of the Trump administration?
