Governor Polis commuted the sentence of a man who killed four people by driving recklessly.

Governor Polis commuted the sentence of that man 90%.

90% of his sentence was commuted by the governor.

So if he would do that for Tina Peters, she'd be out today.

And that would be equal treatment.

The gentleman who's sentenced, he commuted.
