You know, that's another interesting thing about the 70s as a teenager is the clothes are just such a total disaster.
But the girls were shockingly sexy and revealing.
I remember tube tops were a big thing.
And it's like, I can't, I look back at pictures and I just can't believe girls wore stuff like that.
I remember I really wanted, um, a pair of, um, of what are the shoes?
Um, not Adidas, but, um, Puma, Puma.
I wanted some suede Puma shoes, but they were like $22 or something.
And it was like, I couldn't, no way, you know, like I couldn't get them.
So, so, uh, so I had to get like the, the crummy, the crummy ones from Caldor's and yeah.
Oh, and the worst was fake jeans.
And my sister would call me fake jeaner.
And so there was denim that never fades.
So it just stays that color until it gets holes in it.
And so I had the horror of fake jeans.
