But even outside of farm-raised, wild catfish are not great.
That flathead's pretty good.
Flathead up to about 15 pounds is pretty solid.
Except for Catfish Charlie.
The way that they turn that catfish into like a chip, for lack of a better term, the thin and crispy.
It's like a fish chip.
