So for me, to me, there's evidence that it all works that way.
Did you always have a belief in God?
Yeah, I think there was times.
Yeah, because I was just brought up that way.
Again, I don't believe myโI was just taught in a kind of nice and simple way about God.
It wasn't beat over my head or anything.
I was raised Catholic, so in some sense you can't avoid having it beat over your head, I suppose.
And some of that I resisted.
But I went to the normal things.
I did my first communion, my first confession.
I did, what do you call that when you're 12 years old?
I chose the name for St.
basically because there's a song by Bo Diddley called Bring It To Jerome.
And Jerome was his, I think Jerome Green was his maraca player.
And I really liked the vibe of that.
I'm going to be Jerome.
That's my confirmation name.
Yeah, it was there in those ways.
