From their end, they should rule like they said they were going to in our favor, that we shouldn't be still fighting on the pistol braces.

But here we are again, them going after this.

And we had a member who called ATF going, hey, I want to put this brace on my gun.

Am I legally allowed to?

And the ATF said, no, you can't.

It's an SBR at that point.

And we went back and we're like, well,

wait a minute, you guys aren't enforcing the rule.

You said you dropped the rule.

Now ATF is saying this.

And so, again, this is going to be a long, drawn-out battle with ATF.
