It was hard, though, to understand why rowing was such a different set of circumstances.

Senator Keller, though, he rebounded well to ask a very simple but damning question.

So after the Tokyo Games, there was supposed to be a review.

It was promised and it never happened.

And so he asked Rowan Ireland a very simple question, which may have alleviated so much suffering and cause for complaint over the subsequent years.

What happened to this report after Tokyo?

Suddenly, the absence of the CEO, who's been there since 2018, was felt all over again.

Labour's Alan Kelly is chair of the committee, and he picked up the baton.

So, Rowan Ireland didn't have their review after Tokyo, the one they'd promised.

That's really bad, and they don't have anybody here who can explain why it didn't happen.
