Well, part of it's not necessarily the fault of the existing management.
The people, let's just put it this way.
When I retired after 44 years, I was like the last man standing.
All the people that we built the company together with, they all retired.
They all retired before me.
And I was working with people that were substantially younger than me that had professional backgrounds.
