Maybe he becomes tainted and jaded.

But right now, he seems to carry himself with that passion of a young dude that's just through.

thrilled to play the game that wants to win and wants to be at the top level.

And it's not necessarily about the money and the endorsements and everything else and seeing the way he interacts with the fans and respects the fan base and the history of that team and Greg Popovich and all the guys that came before him, Tim Duncan, et cetera.

I love watching that and I'm pulling for the guy.

So I want to see the Spurs win.

Here's the super quick story.

I'll tell you.

I was on the buses doing interviews for sports net during the Raptors championship parade.

And I remember going up to OG who was sitting at the front of one of the buses next to Patrick McCaw.

And I asked OG if he would do an interview during the parade and he politely declined.

And I could tell that he was, you know, fairly down in spite of this, this thrilling moment.

And, you know,

looking at two, three million people lining the streets of Toronto.

I said, oh, gee, come on.

He's like, Eric, I feel like I didn't win it.

I wasn't even a part of it.
