I think they're just going back to the well.

They had a bunch of success with Jordan Mailata, who didn't know a first down from a touchdown and turned him into a Pro Bowl left tackle.

I do think these picks, because my wife actually brought it up.

You've got to have someone on staff working extra with them.

You never know until the pads come on, which you don't learn until training camp.

You've got to feel out.

You think you know the position, and then maybe it's a different position.

Seventh round pick, bad draft.

I've got no issue with it.

But for every Jordan Mailata, there are going to be a lot of guys that it's just impossible to play.
