With all the stats talk that have been circling post-draft, is there added pressure or a slightly warmer seat this year for Kyle and John?

I'm not always sure has more power when it comes to strategy in the draft.

Lynch is the GM, but they're always a clear choice.

You never know in the draft, but they're clearly gone a different way and suffered from it.

I don't think either are obviously around the hot seat.

I do think this season, these young guys from this class and definitely last year's class do not make major impacts and look like core guys moving forward.

Part of the way the Rams flipped it around is they had like two drafts that changed their franchise.

And clearly this year, like they love Stribling.
