You know, as we spoke about here last week, that something feels different this time around under Neil Callaghan.
with this Dublin project, if they were to win Leinster, you know, Saturday evening, that they could kick on, that it could be the kickstart for them to kick on to greater things.
Well, it will be a huge step because I'll tell you why.
I think there'll be a big, big Dublin crowd there the weekend.
And, you know, you look at... I mean, you're looking at how much arise there last Sunday and crowds are going the other way then with the footballers.
The footballers are struggling.
And now...
Now, Hurling in Dublin now is becoming, it's becoming appealing, it's becoming sexy, it's becoming, you know, even for the fanatical Dublin football fans, they're kind of looking on and saying, Jesus, you know what, I kind of quite like the look of this Hurling team.
And I think, you know what, the appeal has started to grow for them to latch on and say, you know what, I'm going to get behind these boys.
And you're honestly right, Michael, the B Limerick last year,
But they didn't follow it up then with the win against Cork, you know, when the hype started to kick in.
But this year, they've taken off out of boxes, had a very good league campaign, went down with the Salt Hill.
You know, they take the box in regards to the level of consistency.
That was kind of always...
that I'm saying well you know what you win one big game but you don't follow it up by winning another big game they went down to Wexford Park won down at Wexford Park went to Salt Hill won a tough battle over in Salt Hill and then you're saying right can you follow it up now can you beat Kilkenny for the first time since 2013 for the second time since World War 2 they went and beat Kilkenny they ticked that box but now if they were to go and tick this box where
The hype is starting to build again around Dublin and now it's Leinster finally.
If they can come on Leinster finally and perform off the back of ticking the box in regards to consistency, I think it would be massive for Dublin going into a potential All-Ireland semi-final.
Now, Galway on the other hand, if Galway were to win it,
you know, it will be equally massive for them because they haven't won a Leinster title since 2018.
They were unlucky when Killian Buckley robbed them with that last minute goal to practically steal the Leinster final on them.
