So this is what I'm proposing, is that...
They take the bull by the horns now.
They've either one or two options they can do.
I think they need to bring Leinster up to seven teams.
Now, you're probably, you're looking at me now saying, ah, Sean Mull, you're going to dilute Leinster or Horne.
But we can either, we can either,
one or two things I think this needs to happen like we can start the Leinster Championship a week earlier go with seven teams so Kildare won't be relegated for 2027 they'll hold on to their status for 2027 the Joe McDonagh winners will come up it'll make it seven and in the following year here's the thing they'll be we'll go the League of Ireland route I think the League of Ireland is brilliant where they have one up
One up, one down, and then what they have then is they have the second last team play their runners up, or the playoff runners up in the playoff.
So what would you have then would be whoever finishes sixth in Leinster would then play the runners up out of the Joe McDonagh.
Give them a two-week break.
So this would coincide perfectly
in what they're going to do next year.
They're eliminating those preliminary quarterfinals.
You're still giving the finalists an opportunity to get up, a second chance to get up to Lee McCartney-Orland.
You're giving a two-week break.
You're not giving them a week.
It's not played a week later.
You're giving them a two-week break.
So sixth then would play the runners-up of the Joe McDonagh.
place the whole on to their Lee McCarty status or go down to Joe McDonough because my worry lads if they don't do this my worry is that in the next couple of years Wexford could get sucked into this if we stay with the six like it's it's
