Well, you know, Flash Talking was a partner at X Plus One that we worked with.

And pretty much days after the acquisition was announced, the call came asking if I would be available to come to Flash Talking.

And, of course, I said no.

But they called back six weeks later and then six weeks after that.

And eventually I said, yes.

You know, early in my career, particularly at Motive Media, at the agency, I was focused on both the media as well as the creative development.

And then my career kind of took a turn with MMA where I got really into the hardcore analytics.

And X Plus One was a continuation of the analytics and modeling.

And I really missed the creative part of the job.

And Flash Talking was an opportunity to...

And it just seemed like it would be really fun.

In April of 2015.

Yeah, so Flash Talking has been around since 2000, and it was bootstrapped by the founders.

So it's a really interesting story.

The company was founded in the UK in 2000, so it's a pre-bubble internet company.

Never took outside capital.

The founders built the company from the ground up, funded it out of their own pockets, and then sold the 60%.

stake in the company to TA Associates.

To what associates?

TA Associates, a big private equity firm.
