It really is.

No, and that's it.

I mean, we're really blessed because I'm not just saying this.

We've got a team that really cares, like really cares.

And I'm proud to say I'm part of that recruitment team to make sure that any new member of staff we get in has got them values in the right place.

Because kids, you can't kid kids.

You know what I mean?

They see right through you.

You know what I mean?

And if you've got someone who isn't genuine, who doesn't want to help,

You can see right through that.

So that's really, really important fact of all of our staff really do care and they go the extra mile so often.

It's so nice to work alongside them type of people, yeah.

just different types of people all coming together and they're all joining in the same footy sessions all in the same chill zone all having a good laugh and it's a lovely place as you say the vibe's great in there so it's funny everyone's having a laugh everyone's having a good time and when you ever see that kid who's not it's so it stands out like a sore thumb and you can go over and speak to them and i'm proud to say that my team noticed that a lot and there's never a young person i see sitting alone for longer than two minutes before someone's over talking to them

seeing if they want to go in the media arts room, the arts room, footy outside, basketball inside, or just go in the gym and just get them into little things in the gym.

That's been a massive confidence booster for a lot of young people.

They go in there, they do the workouts and over time you see them start slipping into the sports or at the end of the workouts, have a little play in there.

And then before you know it, they're in like the elite football sessions outside and they're joining in the chill zone.

We run competitions all the time, like little Mario Kart competitions, footy competitions.
