So it may go a little bit up and down.
But for me, and I think for the hitting coaches, it's
It's been way more positive than anything with a lot of room to even get better.
You know, I think the one game where you lose them in the third inning, that kind of gets, you know, not overblown, but I think guys are at the point where they're used to having a challenge in their back pocket or they're used to kind of how this thing unfolds.
Again, not why we lost that game in Tampa, in my opinion.
But I think you want to just continue to preach to use them at the right time.
I thought there was a couple-week span earlier in the year where it was almost like we were gun-shy to use them.
And I'm not talking about the ones that are, all right, you have two late in the game and the ball is going to split the heart of the plate and you're just going to do it just to do it in case there's a computer glitch or something.
You don't want the selfish ones.
If you've got nobody on and one out or two outs and it's an 0-0 pitch or it's a borderline pitch and a 1-0 count, just save it.
Let the game be the game and let the umpires be the umpires.
I think that the zone has gotten smaller.
I think umpires, like everyone, are evaluated and they don't want to
They don't want to be the ones that missed a lot of calls or have that out or get docked, whatever it is.
So I think the zone has changed a little bit, and guys are starting to figure out where it is exactly.
So it's again, I like to think of them as team things.
You know, do you want one in the ninth inning with a one run lead?
Do you want one for Kevin Gosman?
You know, in that example, like for Kev, who's pretty much dotting up where he wants to.
Do you want to use him for him?
