Shareholders.
But again, you're assuming there is a precision that really cannot be calculated completely accurately.
I do think the intangible benefits of an acquisition, we paid what the CFO of the company, my company, and the CFO of Walt Disney Company thought was an insane amount of money for BAM.
Right?
