These are basic things of elections.

And what won Donald Trump the election in 2024, his political team failed to implement in the April election that gave up the Wisconsin Supreme Court and in these elections in November.

It's about ground game and economic messaging, and they whiffed on both.

Well, I think a very important story this morning.

Back in April, that's now what, six months from now, if I'm doing my math correctly, Kash Patel opened up a criminal investigation because he found these Comey documents and other documents like them in burn bags about to be destroyed.

Some of them were not in the digital system.

So if they had been burned, they would have been lost forever.

One of those things are the Comey notes that we just saw in the court filing.

Six months later, even though we know who went in and out of the skiff, we know who probably put the burn bags in because...

Skiffs, these storage areas, have cameras.

They have access codes so you know who's in.

Has the Justice Department indicted any of those people for obstruction?

No.

The criminal case was open.

We didn't even get the documents.

Kash Patel gets the documents to the DOJ right after April.

It took us until November to get the documents, and it was only because Lindsey Halligan had the courage to stick them into a court filing.

The DOJ, as I keep saying on your show, is grossly trailing behind the FBI.

It is not resourced for the mission that Donald Trump...
