It has three major components of election integrity.
One, you've got to provide proof of citizenship when you register.
You have to provide a photo ID when you vote in a federal election.
And three, states must routinely and aggressively cull their voter rolls to make sure no non-citizens are on there.
We've had tens of thousands of non-citizens be detected on voter rolls in the states over the last year or two.
There's been these audits, and they're very disturbing.
Now, people say it's only 20,000 in the country.
20,000 is enough to swing an election, as we've seen in these tight races.
So those numbers are scary.
In a modern society, it's easy to do this unless you're a Democrat state who doesn't want to do it.
So this bill would force all three of those things.
It's going to get through the House, according to Scalise and to Chip Royden, and it will be sent over to the Senate.
And then there's a two-part process in the Senate.
to make this a reality.
The first is the Democrats are going to filibuster.
It's time to go back to what a filibuster was meant to be.
You got to stand on your feet and talk until you drop.
And the second you drop, the filibuster is over.
There's a lot of old senators.
They ain't going to be able to keep up a four or five or 10 or 14 week thing.
