The fact that Congress is now officially transmitting evidence to a prosecutor and to a grand jury tells you that they're getting very close to making that decision.

The charges that the prosecutors are considering, lying to Congress, that's the 2023 testimony you gave saying, I didn't rely, I didn't want the Steele dossier in my bogus assessment.

But obstruction of Congress, which is a heavier charge, they're looking at that as well.

So, yeah, I think we'll know by mid-April if there are going to be charges against John Brennan.
