I had two small children and a husband who was having a wonderful career in France as a very, very good doctor.

I preferred to kind of carrying on doing what I was doing.
And after stepping back from film, or Hollywood in particular, and focusing more on theatre, you now have television to thank for a whole new generation of viewers knowing you.

But also playing the spy boss in Slow Horses.
