Every person, community, and family needs to find their way, but also not feel the burden to have to make it up yourself.
There's 3,000 plus years of human community's
in the Jewish and Christian tradition, doing this and living by this wisdom.
And there's so many wonderful ideas and examples to pull from.
Even so, it's surprisingly hard to get sticky.
It requires a lot of intentionality.
It's a lot of intentionality.
It takes a lot of work to rest.
In a noogatory way.
For a futile purpose.
And then fourth is remember the Shabbat.
Remember and keep the Shabbat.
