How do we dig ourselves out of this hole?

There was a proposal to expand the convention center.
You just tell people what happened, how much it's going to cost and what happened there.
How long would the project take to like how many years would it take to build this convention center?

Including all the costs plus the borrowing and all the rest is going to cost the city $6 billion.
And how long would it take us to make back that $6 billion?
So how does it get to the point where a small group of people, Democrats or, you know, left associated people are all coming together to make these decisions?
Not Republicans that are causing these problems.
