So it's addressing those things.
And a lot of times it's mission, it's purpose, but it goes back to also state of mind.
When they're in a low state of mind, they're gonna feel like their circumstances are more powerful than them.
When they're in a higher state of mind, they're gonna know the truth and they're gonna feel the truth that they have the power to overcome their circumstance.
So when they're in a certain state of mind,
you kind of elevate them and help them transform their state of mind and elevate their state of mind.
And usually, again, it's always going to be,
reflected by a lack of connection.
When they're disconnected, they're gonna feel very powerless and weak, and the stuff they're dealing with is gonna seem like the end of the world.
When they're in a high state of mind, they're like, it's all right, I got this, I'll overcome, no big deal, we'll get through this.
So it's helping them see with a greater perspective, but also helping them get connected to themselves,
to others, and then spiritually to God.
They do need a greater connection.
And when you connect to a higher power, that higher power gives you greater power.
Oh, so often.
And there's often a worst habit that we have that we need to let go of so we can replace it with a positive habit.
And I don't know what your worst habit is, but there's probably some habit that was getting in the way also of you doing the exercise, taking the walk.
And maybe again, I'm not going to give you a hard time.
Maybe you're drinking a little more because your son was gone and you were missing him.
