All right, man.
I graduated Mizzou at 93 and then I went back and taught at my old high school because I needed a job.
I was waiting tables and bartending and all the other stuff, but I was like, I need a fucking job.
I need a real job with a real paycheck and a real schedule, I can't do this anymore.
Because I was so old at 24.
And I pitched myself, because the guy that was teaching theater at my high school who had taught me, I said,
you have too many students.
Like you need a junior teacher.
You need a helper.
And he goes, sounds great.
Let's pitch it to the headmaster, the big man.
I go, great.
And I knew him.
He knew me from being a student.
I was a really good student.
I was a three sport varsity athlete.
I was in the theater department.
