No, but it's a point you make in the book because there's a certain idea that, oh, dialogue and grace and common ground and humanity, it's so naive, it will never solve the problem.
But you know what strikes me as more naive?
bombing your way to peace, killing your way to peace.
That has never worked.
It will not work now.
