And again, like I said, the bigger deal would have been if they didn't exercise the extension.
Yeah, it makes all the sense in the world.

What this does do, though, is illustrate how massive this next season is for him.
Because if it comes out and it looks like it did this year and it's a carryover from what the postseason looked like, then all of a sudden we got a real conversation on our hands about what do you do because you've got a defense that can win a Super Bowl right now, as we've talked about.

and a lot of conversation about the early start of his career, and he was an MVP, this and that.
